As the title points out the Z32 is 25 years old this year
Anyone interested in doing something to celebrate?
Any ideas?
The Zed club apparently overlooked it when they ran their trackday & a couple of people have mentioned this to me & not been overly happy about it.
A simple cruise to a beach town & a nice meal at a pub then stay overnight?
A session on the skidpan?
A show n shine event?
I'm happy to chuck in a bit of time to sort something so long as there is the support for it, I'm not prepared to go for the "build it & they will come" approach – that gets expensive

Sweeet! Track day down at Cromwell? Celebrate with the south island crew. Z club don't acknowledge the Z32 so it would have never happened

I'd be keen to see something happen too, but I'm short on ideas at the moment I'll admit…

Have access to a house/batch at Pauanui …. sleeps about 20 …. 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room … strews drawn for bedrooms 
We can cruise down have a BBQ, stay the night.
If there is any interest I will find out when it is free and the cost which will be bugger all compared to a Motel.

I think we should aim at getting 25 Z32's, travel 250kms, stay for 25 hours and each drink 25 beers… so how are we going to do it! What ever we come up with I am interested.

Pauanui sounds good, my parents are up in Whitianga so I would have to go visit them while up there or else get in trouble

Pauanui sounds good, good drive except for traffic id probably need to bring a tent & sleep outside for the sake of my snoring

Anyone wanting to make a push to have this happen or are we waiting for someone else to do it?
I have to admit I've lost motivation to run any events of any sort but I could muster the energy to make a ph call & book a spot at a nice Cafe or restaurant etc, we only need a handful of us to make it a good day

I'll admit I'd been waiting to hear of we had a plan before jumping onboard. I'm keen to see something happen, just don't know what.
But I am keen to support a lunch, dinner or similar
