One of the Early projects taken on by The Lab was a full restomod of a 1956 ford Mainline.

This job involved fitting the full floorpan, dash, firewall, seats, electronics, engine and gearbox from a 2006 Falcon XR8 ute into the 56 Mainline body.
Full repair cert and LVVTA certification was completed under the skope of the job so the entire project was literally turn key & drive away for the owner.

It was something pretty special to have the classic looks but cumfy seats, air conditioning, electric windows, power steering & even cruise control all the while retaining the ability to carry a load on the back!

Just prior to completion the Mainline was entered in an All Ford car show & took away 2nd best commercial vehicle!
